At Higher Achievement, we know that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not.
Our team of over 50 full- and part-time employees works to close the opportunity gap for middle school scholars in Baltimore, Richmond, and the DC Metro region.
It takes a strong team. We are proud of those who work with our volunteer mentors, design impactful curricula, raise money for our operations, train and hire new members of our staff, and work directly with our middle school scholars across our 14 Achievement Centers every week.
