Higher Achievement mentor working with scholars

Empower Scholars,
Become a Mentor

The Mentor Experience

Mentors work with a small group of middle school scholars as they explore high school, college, and career options, and support them in taking steps to access those options. Mentoring curriculum includes writing, reading, and critical thinking activities. No experience is needed! Training, lesson plans, and activities are provided.

Mentors

“I cherish the opportunity to instill a sense of pride in these young people. It is truly fulfilling to see them embrace challenges and believe in their unlimited potential. Ultimately, every child needs a safe environment where they can simply be themselves. I am proud to be a part of that.”
