Higher Achievement Hosts Its Fifth Annual Olympics of the Mind Event
Higher Achievement DC Metro will hold its Fifth Annual Olympics of the Mind event on Friday, July 31, as the finale to Summer Academy and in recognition of United We Serve’s Education Week. The event, chaired by Alexandria, VA, Mayor William Euille, is designed to showcase the academic talents of more than 450 middle school scholars in the DC Metro area, who participated in the six-week Summer Academy. Hosted by Higher Achievement’s Alexandria Public Schools partner, George Washington Middle School, the event will take place at the school from 9:45 am until 2:20 pm.
